1993 - Foundation of the company.

1999 - MVax® receives Orphan Drug status from the Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of melanoma.

2000- Acquisition of Génopoïétic by AVAX Technologies Inc.

2000 - MVax® autologous vaccine against stage III malignant melanoma is commercialized in Australia by Avax Technologies Inc.

2003 – Genopoietic is granted the status of "Pharmaceutical Production Site" by AFSSAPS.

2004 - Genopoietic is granted the status of "Cell Therapy Establishment" by AFSSAPS.

2003-2006 - Participation in the European Consortium GENOSTEM (mesenchymal stem cells).

2005 - Import/Export authorization received by the Swiss Health Authorities for 5 indications of the autologous anti-cancer vaccine according to the cell transplant regulation.

2005 - Two clinical trials open in the United States to treat stage III and IV malignant melanoma patients and Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer patients. One clinical trial open in France for the indication of peritoneal carcinosis.

2006 - Participation in the European Research Consortium THOVLEN (oncolytic virus).

2006- Génopoïétic receives the Aderly award in the category of Life sciences.

2006- Génopoïétic receives designation as a Small/Medium Enterprise by the European Medicines Agency.

2006- AVAX Technologies Inc. reaches a Special Protocol Assessment (SPA) agreement with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the initiation of a pivotal Phase III clinical trial for M-Vax

2007- Genopoietic cosigns Microenvironment changes during mesenchymal stem cell differentiation towards chondrocytes published in Arthritis Research & Therapy 2007, 9:R33.

2007- AVAX Technologies Inc. announces collaboration with Cancer Treatment Centers of America.

2007- Completion of phase I/II clinical study of MVax®, autologous melanoma vaccine, in patients with stage 3 or 4 malignant melanoma.

2008- Presentation of a Dose-Response phase I/II study results of MVax® at American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) in Chicago.

2008- Initiation of phase I/II clinical study with autologous ovarian cancer vaccine OVax® with Cancer Treatment Centers of America.
